It helps if you include:
- your device model and operating system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 26),
- the game version (shown in the settings),
- what happened and what you expected, with a screenshot if you can,
- for an account question: the email address you signed in with,
- for a purchase problem: the order number. On iOS it is in the receipt email from Apple; on Android it starts with GPA. and is in the receipt email from Google Play.
Common questions
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Yes, with cloud save. On the old phone, sign in with a Google or Apple account in the game’s settings; on the new one you can restore your game with the same account. Without signing in, your progress is stored only on your phone.
I bought something but did not get it
Close the game completely and open it again with an internet connection. If it still does not arrive, write to me with the order number.
I watched a video but did not get the reward
The reward is given when the video has finished. If you closed the video early or the connection dropped, no reward is given, but you do not lose anything either. Some rewards need a signed-in account, and daily limits also apply.
How do I change my ad consent?
You can change or withdraw your consent in the game’s settings at any time. On iOS you can also turn off tracking in the phone’s settings.
How do I turn off usage statistics?
Turn off anonymous usage data in the game’s settings.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: request a refund on Google Play
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can delete your account in the game’s settings. This also deletes your cloud save and the data linked to your account. If you cannot open the game, write to me from the email address you signed in with and I will delete it. The progress on your phone is deleted when you uninstall the game.
